Ingredients:
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
5 tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. olive oil
black pepper, to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour over meat of choice (about 1.5 lbs.), making sure all sides are coated. Allow mixture to marinade (out of the refrigerator) for about two hours. Then cook as desired.
