Responsibilities

  • Execute large-scale (100-225 guests) food production for private events.
  • Manage a small team of chefs for event catering.
  • Work with event coordinators to best serve guests.
  • Manage event and menu organization and ordering.
  • Offer input on coordination of events.
  • Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs.
  • We are a young and growing company, we will expect you to assist with other Wilson’s culinary projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience in a commercial kitchen.
  • Experience catering large-scale events preferred.
  • Ability to work and manage projects independently.
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
