Execute large-scale (100-225 guests) food production for private events.
Manage a small team of chefs for event catering.
Work with event coordinators to best serve guests.
Manage event and menu organization and ordering.
Offer input on coordination of events.
Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs.
We are a young and growing company, we will expect you to assist with other Wilson’s culinary projects as needed.
Qualifications
At least 2 years experience in a commercial kitchen.
Experience catering large-scale events preferred.
Ability to work and manage projects independently.
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
