This heirloom variety find's its origins in France. Large, red fruit that is crisp and juicy when eaten fresh. Spectacular for making sauce, and it's yellow flesh makes an attractive cider. Sadly, we do not have a crop this year. Future crops will be limited as we lost several trees to the 2020 Derecho and to vole activity this past winter.
