Job Summary

As Beverage Production Manager you will be responsible for producing outstanding beverages for the Wilson’s Orchard and Sutliff brands. You will directly oversee our fast growing beverage production team and you will be responsible for all operational tasks involved in producing, packaging and shipping beverages. This is a full-time, year round job. Compensation dependent on experience and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans to meet the market demands for cider, and other non-alcoholic beverages.
• Manage our supply chain to minimize waste, keep costs low and optimize inventory management.
• Assure production staff are properly trained and utilized to ensure efficient production.
• Develop a safe, clean and quality-conscious workplace environment
• Assure proper quality controls and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) in production processes.
• Help to develop and foster a learning culture in the beverage production team
• Work with Sales, Marketing and other cross-functional efforts to develop and test new products in line with market opportunities.
• Liaise with distributors and other sales channels to arrange product shipments.

Other Responsibilities

• Assist the rest of the Beverage Production Team to assure timely production of all drink products.
• Keep work areas clean and sanitary.

Preferred Skills

• Experience and understanding of yeast management.
• Alcoholic beverage production experience.
• Production and/or supply chain management experience.
• Ability to operate forklifts.
