An apple with a loud crunch, thanks to it's parent's Honeycrisp and Fuji. Sweet and juicy, makes for a great snacking apple. Stores very well. Developed by the Midwest Apple Improvement Association, a ragtag bunch of apple growers trying to develop apples which are suitable for Midwest orchards (which we are a proud member of).
