New release from the University of Minnesota. Brilliant white flesh which is very slow to brown. SS is a sweet apple with wonderfully complex flavor notes. If you haven't tried these, give them a go as they really have unique flavor. We have a very limited crop of these out in the orchard, but plenty of them in the cooler from our Solon orchard.
