Ciderhouse (Upper Level)

The Tasting Room is open this Friday from 5pm – 8pm!

Orchard-made ciders, harvest inspired cuisine, and a relaxed farm atmosphere await upstairs at Wilson’s Event Venue—hearty, comforting, and perfectly paired. For the remainder of the month, we’re keeping things simple and delicious: instead of a rotating menu, our culinary team has prepared a set menu showcasing the best of the season.

Here’s what’s on the menu:

•Hungarian goulash with braised beef, potatoes, sweet paprika

•Grilled local vegetables with fontina, gruyère, and pecorino cheeses, dijon, elbow macaroni

•Grilled salmon rubbed in coriander, red onion, beet jam, roasted garlic and brie fondue

•Cider-braised pork tenderloin with mashed potatoes, cabbage, green onion

•Chicken saltimbocca with sage, prosciutto, mozzarella, sherry, sweet potatoes

The Tasting Room will be open to the public with no pre-purchase tickets needed!
