Ingredients:

- 2 and 1/4 cup (281g) all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 3/4 cup (170g) salted butter (softened to room temperature)

- 1/4 teaspoon salt (if using unsalted butter)

- 3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar

- 1 large egg

- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
