From orchard to can, our Wilson's Beverage Production Manger Greg takes you on a tour of our production facility. Sometimes called the Cider Barn, our facility is located just outside of Solon, Iowa and just a few miles away from Wilson's Orchard & Farm.
The Cider Barn is where we sort and process the apples that we grow. It is home to our hard and sweet cider production, as well as where we make hard seltzer and other products for Wilson's Hard Cider and Sutliff Cider.
About: At Wilson’s Orchard and Farm, we grow over 100 varieties of dessert and cider apples. Our team of growers meticulously research and cultivate each variety to ensure the best possible crop each season. In 2015, Wilson’s Orchard began crafting our very own hard ciders choosing apples that, when fermented, craft a full-bodied brew that reflects the unique characteristics of Iowa’s legendary rich soils.
